Trigger csa stuff

Had a great session today. I only got muddled for about five minutes, which is good for me. I managed to ask if t had forgotten some ugh yucky csa stuff I had said before Xmas.
She said she hadn't, but didn't realise that it had made me want to quit etc. so sorted that out, and then I managed to read out the poem I wrote on dear t, I read it out, myself, out loud, and I didn't die! Had to avoid eye contact for the next ten minutes, but I feel like I'm really starting to make headway. And I said I feel ready to talk about what happened, so maybe next session....
Then I told her about some training I'm going on next week, at the institute where she trained, and she seemed all excited, maybe a bit proud, and said she wanted to hear all about it.

So thanks, everyone, your advice on here has been amazing and invaluable. I never thought I could tell anyone what happened, ever. In fact, I hadn't told myself until recently. And now it feels like a door is opening....

Glad it went well Red. I didn't read all your post because CSA stuff can be triggering sometimes, but I know how much you have struggled with getting this stuff out there, so I'm pleased to hear you're making progress
