I had an anxiety attack during my psychology exam today. ****! I feel so horrible and I apologized to my professor about what happened. I contacted my therapist AGAIN for the second time since last night. I hope he can see me today because I feel so ANGRY. This is the first time in a while. I am scared that my T will drop me because I am such a burden. This is a bad start in for the week and even the morning!!!!

I am so sorry to hear that. Anxiety attacks are scary and not fun. I hope your T gets back to you so you can talk about this with him. Know that your T wouldn't have become a T if he didn't want to help you. Good luck!
