I'm three therapists in and I'm feeling pretty stressed because I really need to start treatment.

Most of the therapists I've called since my last consultation have said they're not accepting clients or have wait lists through March.

Ive been resisting the urge to contact my ex T who I had a personal relationship with but I feel so alone and I don't have any support at a time when I truly need it.

You can always go on psychologytoday.com, insert your zip-code and those T's are normally accepting new clients.
You can try contacting your ex-T if PT doesn't work well for you. Good luck.

You can also ask a referral to your PCP, or another specialist you see (ENT doc, neurologist...).
It'll spare you the need to call your ex-T.
