My t had been away for two weeks and I have been managing really well. Counting the sleeps, but managing. She's just got back from holiday and texted to say she was really sorry it she can't see me on Wed as planned as she's moving house. She's going to ring me on Tue though. (I'm rubbish on the phone). Gutted. Now 11 sleeps instead of 4 and I'm pretty fed up when I was coping really well.

I'm really sorry that happened...I would feel upset, too. I hope you're able to get something good out of the phone call, even though it's not ideal.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for replying. Not the end of the world I know but a bit upsetting and nice to know there's someone on here who gets it. Hope you are ok too. Much appreciated.

Hoping the phone call goes well. I have been doing phone sessions with my t for over 2 years since she moved, and have done some of my best work over the phone.
Thanks for this!

I would be upset too. In fact I have been when an appointment with my T was cancelled. So I know what you're going through. It's good though that she'll call you, and I hope it goes well. Maybe it's good for you to talk to your T about how the cancellation effects you.
Thanks for this!

Thank you - it did go well. I'm pretty anxious on the phone but I did ok and it was lovely to hear from her again. Phew! Thanks for your comments

Sorry to hear that happened to you. The phone call went well thanks! I think that would be a good idea for next session when I FINALLY get to see her!
