 Ever have a period of time when all these connections and realizations come up at once?My T gave me some homework to think about my "NotDad" and all the issues around that. This came to the forefront after one of my Father figure mentors died recently and oh, Man. Do I feel like a bubbling tar pit right now. "There's oil in them thar hils!" I'm writing as much as I can to keep track of these connections, I'm making but I can barely keep up. In the meantime, Life is what gets in the way when you've got things to do! I am going out of town tomorrow, I won't see my T for another two weeks. Heck! |

I had that happen a couple of times. Can you keep in touch with your T via phone or email; it can feel overwhelming when it all seems to come at once like that. Take care of yourself.
