I saw my T for a rare second session (I have pretty much only ever seen him once a week when I'm going on a regular basis). It was... nice. He said some very lovely things to me that were helpful and validating. He helped me realize a certain behavioral pattern that caused tension in my marriage and so I had a good conversation with H when I got home.

My T is useful. Go T.

Though, when you go through a unplanned pregnancy scare with your h your about to divorce, from an experience in which I was majorly triggered, well.. it can throw one off a bit.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone with my weight talk. Really.
But thank you all so much for all of the support, I'd forgotten how great you all are.

The weight loss surgery seems like a miracle for a lot of people. I have a close friend who's back is mostly metal because of a bad car accident. She was 100 lbs over weight, and ate next to nothing, but she couldn't exercise because of all pain. She did that, and is down like 80 lbs, and now able to exercise a little because of less weight.

Ready? Sorry you are leaving, we'll miss you. I get taking a break though. You are always welcome back...remember that, okay?

Ugh. Can someone help me check the facts on what's sane and healthy?

So I mentioned how my T helped me realize something about how I respond to things in my marriage. I sent him an email about an hour ago saying, "Hey, thanks." Also during session, he noted some very nice things about me - about how I respond to therapy. It meant a lot to me that he shared his perspective as some of these things were specific things I've worked to cultivate in our time together and yay! he noticed. Y'know?

Now I'm struggling and I'm feeling like I was arrogant for saying that I was glad he noticed the very things I've worked hard to work on *facepalm*

You know, the more I think about it, the more I think "taking up space" is what bugs me. As a kid I was always quite tall and since my little brother was born 11 mos after me I was "too big" from a young age.
You're too big for the crib, brother needs it.
You're too big for that toy, give it to brother.
You're too tall to do a cartwheel.
You're too big to sit on my lap.

I got picked on for it too. I was tall with red hair and freckles. Sheesh, like putting me into hell to be raised wasn't enough, god had to give me freakish looks as well. They called me Jolly Red Giant, Fire Sasquatch, Red Devil Girl...ugh. And like I told a good friend early, I was a D bra cup by the age of 12. Ain't no 12 yr old boy want to admit he like that.

hmmm. See, who needs T when you've got the couch?

Today was a 618 calorie day, can I squeeze in a Wikitini? lol YUM.

You did nothing wrong. In fact GO YOU for being happy with yourself (even if it was only for like 5 min). And almost everyone feels like they've said too much to their T after they click SEND. So that's normal too.

Why can't we all just be happy that we're people and be done with it?? My husband is small for a guy and our kiddos are little too. It's just the way they're built. People have always given him a hard time about it.

Thank you. I mean I know in my head I'm just accepting the *very compliments* he gave me and yet I'm like "WHAT NO WAIT WHAT?!"

And you'd think I'd learn after six years. Dude is so laid back and non-judgmental. I love it.

But yes, thank you for saying it to me. Sometimes we just need that outside confirmation because our head is all crazy-like.

WIKI not enough calories you know this .you wont loose any weight if you don't eat enough healthy calories . just saying . love you girl don't starve yourself
