Jung said synchronicity consists of 2 factors: an unconscious image comes into consciousness, &, an objective situation coincides with it.....

Food for thought.

All I remember about Jung was that I had a loony prof in college that taught on him and she decided to talk about him through interpretative poetry. To this day I have no idea what she was talking about.

I think often. But, I've remained unaware of its presence.

Ah blessed synchronicity!! I love it. And the more I am aware of it, the more I see it. Most recently: 5 nights ago I had a dream where Snake figured prominently. I have been working with the dream ever since, thinking about Snake... yesterday morning, I check my email and have an invitation to a "Serpentine Activations" event at my meetup group, all about Snake energy. (I have not been around that group in awhile, too busy with work lately.) I signed up immediately.
Thanks for this!

it does take practice and for me commitment to sometimes waking up during the night to write them down. but it's so worth it for me! it's funny sometimes i only partially wake up and it's fun trying to decipher what I've written the next day. I'll write lines on top of other lines, or make up words, it's funny.

Like say, one day you are driving to work and out of nowhere start thinking about a white horse. Then later, you I don't know, go to a store, and when you are checking out, there's a white toy horse on the counter. And then you go out in the parking lot to your car, and see a picture of a white horse painted as a logo on a truck. Stuff like that.

What does the white horse represent within us that we must have unconsciously experienced

But how does this relate to therapy?

It helps recognise our unconscious. Just like therapy. If we can become more aware.
