I'm so worried about seeing her, face to face, after what's taken place over the last two weeks. How will the session go? How will I feel seeing her? Will I be able to talk and engage with her? What does she think of the situation? All these fears around facing her are making me concerned about my session in two days.

I suspect it will go well. Your T will be glad you are still alive and kicking. I always found my T and pdoc to express relief and spend some time debriefing the situation. Expect some time spent on crisis planning for the future.
Thanks for this!

When do you see your T again? More than likely they'll be glad you're still with us. There will probably be some planning for another crisis.
