Today's session was really good. We talked about my anger last time and it was no big deal. It was a little hard to get going, but everything was almost back to normal by the end. I feel so relieved. Thank you for your support.

Same here If they can sit and listen and take your feelings about the situation, and keep the conversation going, then that shows willingness on their part to keep going when the wheels have fallen off
