Group work has come to an end and, reflecting on it, I'm glad I took part. I learned a lot about myself and I felt a real sense of community and respect between all the participants. The final group session was also handled really skillfully - so that helped a great deal in creating a sense of closure. Now, it's time to take what I've learned in group and explore those things in more depth and discuss any issues that have been triggered with my t.
