It's just a phone consult, so I know I shouldn't be nervous, but I HATE consults. Especially phone consults. You can't get as much of a "feel" for the T that way. Anyway, I have a whole bunch of questions to ask, and I guess mostly it's just to find out if this T feels competent dealing with my issues, and if so we can book a session to see about fit...but ugh, I am so nervous. Any suggestions? Or any suggestions for more questions to ask?

I want to say something encouraging but I'm not sure what. Talking on the phone to a potential therapist is nerve wracking and 100 times more awkward than a first date!
Thanks for this!

Sorry I didn't respond earlier. How did the phone consult go?
