Saw T today. We talked a lot about how I've been doing which wasn't fun at all. I've slowly been slipping into a depression since the beginning of March. I can barely muster the energy to get out of bed. If I get out of bed at all. T wants me to call NP and set an appointment since I don't have one til June. I'm not thrilled with that idea but I probably should just to get her perspective. We'll see how things go tomorrow.

Sorry to hear you are suffering from depression. Have you talked to your pdoc to make sure your meds are working properly or need change or adjustment?

Many people who are actively involved in Psych Central find it helps take them out of their own problems to develop empathy for others. And their problems though still there are more manageable. There are lots of compassionate people here that can make the load lighter by sharing and caring. Feel free to participate actively at Psych Central.

Please feel free to private message me or any of the Community Liaisons by left clicking on the name in blue to the left of their post) for questions or just to share.
