I'm just out of inpatient
 . It's always difficult after 6 days IP but I'm starting their partial day program. Feeling kinda shaky but we'll see how things go..

Yeah, just always shaky when I first get out but partial tomorrow should help.

Thanks everyone I think partial is gonna be good for me this time.
Got good news: sis-in-law is dilated to 3cm could have baby any day or appt next thurs. CANT wait for my new nephew to enter this world. |

Hi.
I know how hard it is coming out of the hospital. In Il you're usually in for two weeks sometimes three. It's hard coming out of a unit that's not that great in terms of just having you lay around all day literally and no groups or anything. I'm hoping you got solid care on the unit and that the PHP has very good groups and you make good connections with staff and clients. Congrats on the baby! |

He's coming today. She's at 9cm!! I decided not to go. I need partial right now and I didn't want to risk having a crisis while there.

Being discharged from a hospital is always difficult. Doing a Partial program is definitely the right way to go. I hope you are able to take advantage and benefit from it.
