Hey everyone.
I finally took my therapists advice and I made a blog to log my feelings and my fitness journey *REALLY INTO FITNESS ![]() I will be typing daily blog posts and photo updates of my fitness stuff. Also a daily input on the weaning off of my medication. Then you know how hard it is to inspire me!! I ordered some dumbbells. I catch a bad cold when i work out in my apartment gym. I dont think they clean it right. I was sick all of May. Your arms look amazing. I cant eat any cleaner, almost. I know - ALMOST!. I need to up my exercise.
