im going to see my t next monday ..i havent seen her in a long time...... just havent felt the need to but lately im havin a few issues and need to talk to her about them..... been a while

Good you're dropping in on her! I have a good friend, a psychiatric social worker, that does her own therapy the same way. Hope it goes well for you.

That's great Skittles... it was like that with my 1st T-- even after we 'terminated' I could call her or make an appointment if I was having a problem. It is good to maintain that connection. Good luck at you appt.
