I was talking to my counselor person, and they said that you should try and make a blog, and just talk about your life. Has this worked for anyone else? I think I might try it.

I think it is a good idea. It's among the same lines as journaling but more integrative. I think it can be very helpful for people who like to write and are open to sharing their experiences.

I really enjoy blogging, even though no one actually reads it. Sometimes it's a place for me to get my thoughts out, and other times I just feel the need to vent. I find it therapeutic, and I recently started to post entries about my therapy as well, outlining my experiences with it and the progress I've made so far. If writing is something you enjoy, I would recommend giving it a go.
