So, as the title say I have T today. So, I'm not sure how this session is gonna go. I know we're gonna continue grief and loss as well as add some mindfulness relaxation for when it becomes too much. Hmm...wonder how this is going to work out. I'll find out at 1 for the hour as that is when i see her. Nervous.

Is the nervousness, because you are excited to see your T or the unknown of what is going to be covered?

I'm sure it will go fine. Learning mediation can be quite helpful. It just takes a little practice. Good luck.
