I haven't seen T1 since mid May because his wife had a baby. I was supposed to have 1 more session before he left, but babies come when they want. Then he was only supposed to take 6 weeks off, but decided to take the full 12 weeks instead. Got a call today from his receptionist confirming that he's back, and I see him on Wednesday afternoon.

I'm nervous but glad he's back. I have had a hard summer as you all know, and the last thing I wanted to deal with was inconsistent Ts unfortunately. But he's back!!

I'm so glad for you!! Sending you good wishes for your session on Wednesday. My t is back too... she lived in another state for over 2 years and just moved back this month. I saw her a few days ago.

Thank you! It's tomorrow afternoon, so hopefully it'll go well. I'm hoping we can just jump back where we left off, and it won't be an awkward session.

Just got home from my session, and it went well. I felt like we didn't have much time though to really catch up on the summer, and how I've been coping, but we breezed through each "checklist" of things...health, coping, SI/SH, etc. I felt like he got the jist of things, and was really caring about the stuff I mentioned. I didn't expect it to be an emotional session, but we did discuss some things that he said, "Made his stomach churn."

Is that weird for him to say regarding SA? Or is that just a way of him acknowledging what I'm telling him is really bothersome for him to hear that I'm going through? I stopped talking about it after he said that, but I also know we didn't have an entire session to talk about just that,
