Yep, I found it super useful as well -- reading it gave me chills of recognition in terms of recognizing the impact of trauma. And, I often had to stop and take a break to digest it all.

I was somewhat meh though about the later chapters where he discusses yoga, EMDR etc as treatments (not that I have anything against them but just not my thing).
