Someone dose something bad. The crowd beat him. My feelings want me to do that too. My head kicks in. That is not what you 'should' do. It's not good. I don't.
But, why the feelings????? What are they about? I need to keep talking with T about this to get it. Of course the above didn't occur. It's an example. Ideas? |

Anger sounds like the root emotion.
If it's anger about social injustice, could be compounded by injustices bestowed upon you in your own life? |
