It might mean that he thinks you need more support at this time.
Thanks for this!

Why are you not allowed to take medication?

Because the things in my head wont let me and will do bad things. And they say it will hurt me.

He wants you to take the Meds because you are saying there are things in your head. Why don't you try, see if helps. His job is to find treatment for you

I hope one of these days you're in a place where you can try medication, like your psychologist thinks you should. I think it would bring you enormous relief.
Thanks for this!

I also think medication could really help you. Your T just wants what is best for you.

What if you fought back against that thing in your head and tried medication? And then what if that medication worked well enough to make that thing in your head disappear??
Thanks for this!

That is not an option for many reasons firstly I used to take medication from the ages of 3-9 and the things in my head did not leave then either they have been there my whole life and I don't believe they will ever leave secondly I cannot fight them that would be very bad not just for me but for other people also I physically can't take the medication I can't even touch it even the thought makes me want to rip out my organs and stab them if someone forced it down my throat I would spend the next month throwing up to make sure it was not inside of me if someone injected it into me I would chop off the limb because I could not have it in my body. I cannot take it it is not even about what I want I literally can't. I can't even explain it properly but it completely repulses me it just can't be in my body it can't.

I agree with others that your therapist is trying to help you. Taking meds can be scary at first but they are very helpful when you find the right combination.
Thanks for this!

Your experience as an adult with medications can be greatly different (and hopefully much better) than those you had as a child. If the medications seem to be making things worse for you, you can always stop them.

I was on cipramill for a while I think it is an older antidepressant the doctor who gave them to me said he didn't know what would happen but he had a hunch so basically I was experimented on a little. If I had seen that doctor eairler I am sure I would have been on meds by the time I was 1.

I doubt they would let me but they would already have done their damage by then so there is really no point starting them.

Hmm... maybe the psych wants to see you more in order to provide more counseling since meds aren't an option.
Thanks for this!
