I read in AARP magazine that Buzz Aldron has suffered with anxiety and depression his whole life and has been in therapy for many years. He says he finds it very helpful.

Just goes to show that even very talented, intelligent people suffer with this stuff. Being smart or having talents doesn't mean you don't have emotional or personal problems you need help with.
