I was wondering if there is a site where I can do it online? I don't like going into interviews not knowing what is going to be asked of me.
Or if anyone has done it, what all do they ask to know? |

You can look at the various modules here:
Structured Clinical Interview for DSM Disorders It looks dreadfully complicated. I personally wouldn't try to evaluate myself with it. Do you know that a provider is going to go over all of this with you? In my (albeit somewhat limited) experience, health care providers use much simpler and quicker diagnostic questionnaires (like the PHQ-9) Or just ask you to describe in your own words what the trouble is. |

Wow, that does look very complicated! I'm going to take some time to read over it. There will be student giving me this test. My psych is apparently a huge fan of this test |

Ouch. Well, try not to over-think it. I know this would drive me NUTS (and possibly contaminate my results).

Thanks for the heads up, I may be better just letting it go by remembering that this is only a diagnostic test

I took one once from a student. It was really boring.
