I had part of yesterday's session burning my mind at work this morning.
I emailed T asking her what might cause what we were talking about yesterday in other people.
I added if it was too difficult to explain, not to worry.
But of course, as T has always done over the years, she replied and explained.
I realised I knew she would. Nothing is to much. She treats anything I show her, ask her, with dignity.
It gives me that inner experience of reliability, consistency. An experience of someone being there, where they was missing growing up.
