There's an area of my life that I still cling on to.
I asked T why after all this time in therapy, am I still don't 'abc'.
T said, you seem to think therapist acts like magic. That it just happens. T added I think therapy has helped you in a lot of areas. But, if you've made your mind up that 'this is the way it's always going to be' then....

I asked what is the point of me continuing if as you say, I'm not allowing therapy to help me with 'abc'. T said, that's a good question to ask and work out why you're not allowing this bit to happen. What is it about this 'abc' that you hold onto when in other areas you utilize therapy very well.
