Ok so I have been going to therapy for a few months now. Today's session I was talking about a dream I had with my T, the dream involved me pulling a silver filling out of my mouth and when I did it was jagged and it hurt really bad.
Then I took a pair of pliers and pulled a gold tooth out of my mouth on the opposite side except when I pulled the gold tooth out I got a great sense of relief, it felt really good. The gold tooth had a gold spike in the end of it and I tried to seat it back in my gum to pull it out again so I could get the same great feeling from the first time, but the tooth wouldn't go back in, my dentist was there and he laughed at me about trying to put the tooth back in. So the topic my T asked about today was do I need some kind of release/relief? I didn't know how to Answer her. I don't feel like I need some release. My T and I also talked about my parents and my childhood and she made the suggestion to write a letter to both of my parents, but I don't have to let anyone see it. I don't know sometimes I get relief when I write down a bunch of angry thoughts on paper about people from my past but the relief doesn't last very long. What ways do you guys/girls find releases/ reliefs? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Punching bag.
Optional: add a picture of the person you'd like to punch, if anyone, to the bag right below where your blows will land. |

Hardcore cleaning. Vigorous yard work. Pile all the weeds up and set them on FIRE for an angry release.
You could always get amorous, with yourself or a friend.
