It went as well as it possibly could have. In fact, it was really satisfying and gave me closure and I will remember and cherish it for the rest of my life. We talked a bit about the things we have been working through all year, but mostly she told me about how she has watched me grow and become stronger and she thanked me for working so hard. She joked around with me like you would with a friend. It warmed my heart and made me happy, until I remember that I will never see her again.
I'm so very sad, I will miss her so much.

I ended with my T on the same day as you. I understand the sadness and I am sorry you are feeling it and going through this pain. Try to internalize her and all she taught you. I know its hard and right now it feels like it wont get better. I have the hope for both of us that it will. Sending you hugs. I really hope it gets better for you and you can move on with healing.

Hugs to both of you!! I'm dreading the day I have to say goodbye. I can only imagine what it's like when it actually happens.

I wish you the best and I'm here if you ever need to vent or talk it through with someone
Thanks for this!

I'm glad for you that it went well. I know what you say about remembering and cherishing this for the rest of your life, I feel the same about my final session with T. It's been over a year, but it still feels heartwarming and gives me strength. Allow yourself time to grieve, time will heal and things will get better.
Thanks for this!
