Today I had one of the strangest therapy session with my t. She was drilling me hard after something I told her that I can't say on here. Then I Rose my hand and asked if I could use the bathroom she said yes go ahead, BUT RUN! and I did I took off running for the bathroom. It was really weird how I followed her orders the way I did. When I got back she said "I didn't really mean you had to run I was just kidding". We always see each other every Tuesday then at the end of the session she asked if I only want to come every two weeks in stead of every one. I'm beginning to think she doesn't want to see me anymore.

You should ask her why she asked you that question. Maybe she's feels that you're doing better? I really don't think it has to do with her not wanting to see you anymore.

What did you say when she asked you?

Perhaps your t asked because she wants you to know that she will be ok with you cutting down the frequency of sessions. Maybe she was concerned about that because you were so obedient to her command to run?

You said that she was being hard on you, so she doesn't seem like the type that would hint that she wants you to come less.

I hope you can get this straightened out.

My assumption is that this indicates she feels you've improved enough to come less frequently. As for the whole 'run' thing I wouldn't take that as her being harsh. I'm sure I've said the same to others many times.
