I have been in therapy off and on for 35+ years. I saw PrevT for six years, then I moved. I stayed out of therapy for fifteen years due to a bad therapy experience that happened right before I met PrevT.
I have seen CurrentT for two years and I'm sorry I didn't find her sooner. She was there. I just wouldn't look. =/ |

I recently completed a 12 session programme. I've had no other therapy; but, I have regularly scheduled appointments with my psychiatrist that are fairly lengthy (1 1/2 to 2hrs) in length.
