My T brought up the email I sent, I was expecting so and she only briefly touched on it but I diverted completely when she started talking about it. I wanted to talk about the things I had written and I'm now so annoyed with myself because I didn't. T went along with me because she could see I didn't want to discuss it.

There are two more sessions left and I'm usually pretty good with managing time and things that need to be said. Why can't I talk about this email?
It means a lot to me and I just don't get it.
I'm just rambling I think.

Sounds like talking about it would be painful for you. I have definitely avoided stuff that I thought would hurt
