Hi all
Since the horrific massacre in Orlando which is only an hours drive for me I've been feeling anxious. I'm sure many of us are. I didn't have my session last week because my therapist was on a much deserved week off vaca. I know I must be making progress because as anxious as I've been feeling I didn't feel that I had to see my therapist during her week off. I did however go on her FB page. She wrote a little about releasing energy that may be causing us anxiety , stress, etc. Walking, exercising, yelling into a pillow ( if you don't have enough privacy), may help.
I have so many thoughts about the horror that those poor people endured and the mastermind behind it all but this isn't the forum for that so I'll just say please be safe, be aware, and continue doing what you do!!
