....In my mind today. It started of as immense fear, then rage then I felt myself entering pugatory, and instead changed direction, opened a door and low and behold, I entered oz terrortory.

I then walked the moon where no one else existed but me. I told T I have this creature inside me that can change her, can change everything, can take me to hell or heaven!

Finally, we came out of our new found places and faced "RAGE" ahhh, his name is rage, who now lives in a cage. We feed him and talk to him but we now no his age.

I saw what wonderous things our minds can do. Man what a trip!

I used fantasy as a coping strategy when I was a kid and have to plant my feet on the earth deliberately now because I tend to go places whenever I feel uncomfortable.

Mouse, what an interesting fantacy you experienced. Definately something to share with your T when she returns.

The trip took place with my T. I sat on her couch, telling her of the places I was at. It wasn't a fantasy to escape myself, it was a trip into my dark side!.

I met my rage and am on longer scared of it, I visited places inside of myself that are hell on earth.

I finally rid myself of my powerlessness in the face of horror and turmoil.

I use to have dreams my legs wouldn't take me where i needed to get. I felt myself break through that barrier.

I entered my internal world, it holds no fear for me now!
