T didn't reply last week and now my anxious self is thinking the worst.
My inner child is kicking off about her not replying, but my adult side says leave her, she's busy with other things and enjoying summer break. I just really really want to text her to ask if she's ok but also I don't want to because I don't want her to think of me as needy or annoying. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Well, it's possible she doesn't want to have any sort of relationship with you, whether it's friendship, dating, etc.. I mean, once the therapeutic relationship ends, there's no going back unless you restart therapy. It might just be an ethics thing, so doesn't beat yourself up over it.
Personally, I wouldn't text her back. You tried, she saw it, and she ignored it. It's a shame, but poking her for a response might result in an irritated response. |

I'm going back to her in 9 weeks so I'm technically still her client. As for a relationship other than therapeutic, I know that is not allowed to happen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

We didn't discuss contact over summer, I just thought it would be as it normally is. I should've asked about that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
