I'm sorry, I know I promised an update but I'm back inpatient as of Thursday.

To tide you over, here is a revolting photo of yesterday's lunch:

OMG. That's unspeakably horrid. I've never thought the food would be four star, but honestly...what the eff? Where is the care in mental health care?

I was hoping "back" meant back to the boards, not back to the hospital... That food looks awful (and I like beans and rice!) Hope you're doing OK...does this mean they let you have your phone this time? I really don't understand why they seem to take people's phones when they go inpatient...

Thanks everyone. I'm back in the brief intensive unit, which is where they put You for the first 2 weeks. Technically it should be more strict but it's actually less strict. They don't care about stuff like phones and wearing hoodies over the "jail uniforms."
