Last week hubby & I were going out for the day. I said we can go when I get in from therapy -12.30 - hubby than said, don't feel presured to. But ghost about you not going and we leave earlier?
He repeated that that it was up to me, he didn't want to pressure me at all.
I thought about it then. His very good about me having twice weekly therapy for the last 13yrs. Never asked me about it - I choose not to talk to him about it - and I wondered if there is some jealousy there. If there is his never shown it. But I decided that this would be a nice thing to do for him. To say "Yeah sod T today. Let's you & I spend a quality day together.
I emailed T saying I wouldn't be coming. No reason given, yet.
I've never done that before. Maybe that's progress.

Good therapists we in you off therapy. It's important to not put therapy before life! I doubt your husband is jealous. He probably really wanted an early start!

This thread is a couple of weeks old.
We had a splendid day. No regrets about cancelling.
When I went to my next session, I spoke with T about it ams she was encouraging of my decision.

The end.
