It was about an hour from home (weirdly, although I only live 10 minutes from her I have never bumped into her near home!)

She was friendly and asked me how things were going, we only terminated about a month ago.

I didn't get to say goodbye as she managed to find a seat (crowded commuter train) whilst I was left standing, and then after I got off the train I couldn't see her.

I was happy with the termination a month ago, but seeing her again, out of context feels very strange.

I'm so confused. I'm thinking about emailing/texting her, but maybe that would be too weird.

Oh my, I would find that so difficult. All these thoughts brought up and what to do with them. If it was me and my old T I would probably have to email to be honest. In days gone by I would probably have just sat on it all but I think I am changing and taking more risks when it comes to reaching out and actually making human connections. I hope you can find a way forward that sits well with you.
