If I were to work on CBT worksheets and exercises and use good resources online for treating anxiety, would it be as effective as attending a CBT therapist?

It wouldn't have been for me because what the therapist did was to help me go through those thought processes regularly, without the use of worksheets (we never used them) so that I could apply that process not to just what I thought was big and important, but also to things I would never have thought to apply it to. He helped me really internalize that process to the point where it became second nature to me. I really don't think I would have been able to really do that completely on my own with just worksheets.
Thanks for this!

That's really helpful to know, thanks
