Missing my T while in the hospital. We have emailed a few times but it is just not the same. I was supposed to see her the day I went in the hospital so I had to miss our appointment and she was out of town the Wednesday before so the last time I saw her was the 16th. So it has been hard as I am used to seeing her twice a week. I am trying hard not to email her again for a few days because I emailed a lot for a coupe of days. I know there is no individual therapy in the hospital but they do have a social worker I am supposed to see but in 8 days I have only seen him once.

I just really hope I get out of here soon so I can see my T and pdoc.

I always find it strange when the hospital does not offer therapy or groups. Hugs to you and wishing for your freedom soon
