So physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted. Funeral and such went beautifully. My head is and has been in a pretty dark place. No urgency to act...just thoughts. See T next week.

I reactivated my Match.com account a few hours ago and am re-learning the ropes. I probably shouldn't be dating in my current frame of mind...but some company and maybe some action would be nice.

I'm so tired of trying to be okay for everyone! I can't be a mess if my family know how bad I was right now my mom might keel of a heart attack from stress. The thoughts are very dark. I'm barely holding on. Although I'm acting like all is well. If I fall apart I might not be able to pull it together again.

once again no therapy today .it is my T birthday and she has taken the day off . i completely understand she deserves to take the day off but i have only seen her once this month and im just not ok . i know im selfish for wanting her to be there and all i really do but im so stressed over all this stuff and i just want someone to talk to about it . as usural she isnt there. 21 more days to obsess over this

I actually can't imagine that there are any happy gah's. Well, maybe there are happy Gah-ans in the village of Gah in Iran or the village of Gah in Pakistan. And apparently it means "rabbit" in Navajo. Well, rabbits are cute. I hope that was distracting (and not annoying). ((Crocus)) |

I just wish there were a way to switch off thoughts. Selectively, I mean, not all thoughts.
If I discovered such a thing, I would be very popular around these forums, I bet.

I just took a bit of ritalin. My pdoc prescribed me 10 mg 2x day earlier this year. I took 5 mg once back then and did not like it, it was like a heart attack in a bottle. So after losing some wgt and being more cardiovascular, i tried it again last sunday again. 5mg again too much. So i just took 2.5. My point is, i googled it this week. I am tolerating it better, but they are using it off label for whatchacallit immovable depression, i know thats not the right word. I also take a beta blocker which depresses me (to the tune of slowing your metabolism roughly 200 calories a day). So i think this stuff is picking me up bit and making me feel more normal. Slap me if i get too rowdy later.
