I've been having trouble finding a new therapist. One of them, I saw for a few times and we had different goals for my therapy plus I didn't like the approach towards therapy.
I talked to this one therapist who agreed to see me for a lower price but he went out on paternity leave for a month and I told him I'd wait. He seemed so compassionate on the phone and I want to give him a chance. I found a psychiatrist who I have been seeing. I've been to him a few times and I think he's the one I'm going to stick with. I see him tomorrow at 2 PM actually and I can't wait. I wrote down some stuff that I've been struggling with and want to talk to him about it tomorrow. |

I really want to wait for him.
The downside is that it is coming up on the anniversaries of my mom's and grandfather's deaths and this is a hard time of year for me. |

Today is the day of my psychiatrist appointment.
I didn't want to get out of bed this morning and even right now I don't feel like dragging myself to the shower.

It went well. He increased my Seroquel dose to 200 mg twice a day. It was a quick visit. Not in depth but this was only med management.
I'm still waiting on the other therapist to return. Hopefully, he will be back before December. |

They were rude to me at the pharmacy.
I just feel like going home and getting into bed and cry my eyes out. I feel so alone. I miss my ex-therapist so much. My heart still aches. |
