So I have decided to start therapy to discuss my feelings, but this is all very new to me as i have never been to therapy before and am nervous about messing up or something going wrong. I'm very scared to talk about my emotions and fears to someone I have never meet before and being judged about it. Is there any advice yo can give to help qualm these fear?

I think fears a natural. Theres no advice really. Find a T. Decide if you can work with them and go with your gut. It all depends on what you take with you as to what orientation of therapy.

Nothing unusual about having fear. But remember that therapist are used to hearing all kinds of stuff, so there is little chance that you will shock him or her. Next do a little journalling and see what you want to talk about and then use that as your guide. Maybe you may even want the counselor to read it. It might help to get things started. Just remember that whatever you do you can't mess it up. The counselor should be able to set your mind at ease and they are trained not to judge. Good luck.
