Thanks everyone for riding along!! It went really well. I felt really good after leaving his office! Only downside is that he's semi-retired and only works on Tuesday and Thursday. He said that his type of therapy is interactive supportive. He said that I could lead the session with what I wanted to talk about that week and he'd work with me through it. I really feel like he understood me.
And he patted me on the shoulder when I left. I like him already. |

Great , hopealwayz! I know you're checking out T's and there are good ones out there , especially when we've had bad experiences ( as I know you have ) I'm sure you'll find what's right for you. We don't have to settle for being treated badly or feeling undeserving.
