What exposures have you all done alongside your T? Tomorrow I'm debating between eating in public with T and/or embarassing myself in some way in front of a group of people

I have social anxiety and these are at times challenges for me.

When I started CBT I was doing my groceries at a 24 hour market at 2am. My therapist had me go a half hour later each week until we got to the point I was at least shopping with other people. Then we met at the busiest time of day together. Afterwards, she 'rewarded' me by taking me to an extremely busy coffee shop. I admit, it helped.

Medical Settings give me panic attacks. My T works in a clinic. We take walks through the halls while I clutch my chest and think about the inevitability of my own death. It's awful.

I hope your exposure goes okay.
