I’ve been seeing my current therapist for six years and same for the gal that manages my medication. The one who manages my meds retired last week. So I’ve been on the search for a new person to manage my meds.
Today I meet with someone that is not only a therapist, but a nurse practitioner. I’m really looking forward to it. She specializes in everything I’ve been diagnosed with and we connected really well over the phone. I’ve been thinking of switching therapist for some time now. So the fact that she can be my therapist and manage my meds is a huge bonus. Fingers crossed all goes well this afternoon!! |

I'm going to make the jump and switch. It's something that really needs to happen if I want to keep moving forward.
