For anyone who is having trouble with a therapist, don't be afraid to keep trying to find another one. You will one day meet a T and it will just "click". I know how hard it is trying out different therapists and I felt discouraged along the way too, but I finally found a great T.

it happened to me also. after my first t dumped me i was so devastated, and searched for two years and eight other t's. it was a lousy experience. finally #9 was exactly who i needed.

Great advice.
I have a great T but I have had some that seemed to not know what they were doing.
I saw one about 5 years ago who was doing narativ therapy she didnt seem to know what she was doing and when I felt stuck because of it she didnt say much but she didnt know what to do.
I literally felt as though I was terrible at therapy.
You dont think that if you have the right T
