im seeing my therapist tomorrow at 9am
i havent seen him in almost 2 weeks. we had a terrible session the last time. some of you know whats going on.. i am SO scared to go. ive never been this scared to see him before... the anxiety is horrible i texted him and he said that it is going to be fine and there is no problem his words didnt comfort or reassure me... like i had hoped does anyone wanna come with me?

thanks i am soooooooooo scared. i dont know what to do with myself. im trying to watch a show but my thoughts keep reminding me that im scared nad i need to be scared
