I am wondering if people watch any TV shows or movies with therapists as one of the main characters.
What are some that you have heard of. Here are some that come to mind Prime In Treatment The reason I ask is there is a movie I am thinking of but I can't remember the title. |

It's a book, but the central story is about a client and therapist. Really great author who has also written funny, poignant books about family.

The author was Pat Conroy. He was/is a very respected American author, just died a year ago. He also wrote The Great Santini, Beach Music, The Lords of Discipline & The Water is Wide (autobiographical) plus others. He struggled with alcoholism and severe depression all his life with a few S attempts. Beautiful writer. One of my all time favorites |

Frasier's always been my favourite. David Hyde Pierce as Niles was just brilliant.

"Being Erica" is a great tv show.
The fiction book "Charisma" is excellent, by Barbara Hall. (It should come with a trigger warning though..not so great if you have PTSD, I would think.)
