So since summer is coming up I'm going to be working likely full time through the week (since school is almost over) and I don't know where I'll be working yet, so I don't know how flexible they are with scheduling/what my schedule would even be. Would it be normal to take a break for a few months with my T until the fall? I really need to work full time and it'll likely be in an office which will be Monday-Friday, like my T. This seems like the only viable option which sucks since I'm kinda starting to get more comfortable. But I also think I can survive the summer without seeing her, since I'm usually in a much better headspace in the summer when I'm out of school and everything.
Thanks xxx

I think your t would be cool with taking a break so that you can work over the summer. People do take breaks for a variety of reasons. I think I would wait until I knew when I would be working for sure before making a final decision. No harm in mentioning it to t now, though, it might put your mind at ease about it.

On the other hand lots of people work full time and go to T. I do. I have an evening appointment. I guess other people negotiate with their boss to fit around their T appointment e.g. late start and late finish at work, to get to an early appointment.
Just thought I would say - but good idea to take a break too, I think, if you feel it will be fine for you. The times I have done that it has felt quite empowering.

My T only does morning appointments and since I'm young and will just be starting a new job It will likely be hard to get time off, or I don't necessarily want to go through all that trouble. But I know I can definitely handle a break for a bit and I'll be fine, but I don't want to start getting into some deeper stuff and then cut it off since I haven't been seeing her for very long.
