I haven't been to therapy in 5 weeks. I missed 3 sessions bc I was on vacation. I missed last week's session bc I mistakenly went during my old time. I missed this week's session bc my T had a family emergency. I went to my T's office and the receptionist told me that my T wasn't in and they had left a message on my phone. I ended up crying/ having a panic attack in my car and felt anger towards my T even though it isn't his fault that I haven't had a session in a while. I'm not sure why I reacted this way bc I've been doing and feeling pretty good these past few weeks.

I think it's understandable to feel that way, even though really you know it's not your T's fault. I think your T will understand.
Can you ask for a phone session, or a quick phone call, to help you connect and feel a bit reassured, ahead of your next session? |

5 weeks? I'd be freaking too. And anger toward t seems pretty normal too. Can you call for an earlier appointment or ask t to give you a call?
