I'm starting a new chapter with a new psychiatrist and a new therapist. I don't want to mess up these relationships.

For some reason, I feel very anxious and scared to be starting over again.

Starting over with new mental health professionals can be a daunting task. But it can also be an exciting new beginning! Best wishes for great success, hopealwayz!

When do you see them next? I would be anxious too, with everything you've been through.
